We carry electric bikes, pedal-assist bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, urban bikes, comfort bikes, dirt jumpers, women's bikes, kids' bikes and beach cruisers from Trek Bicycles, Electra Bicycle Co., Vintage Electric, Blix Bicycles, Fit Bike Co., Wallerang, and Haro. New Bike Package

All bikes from Epicenter Cycling include a free basic sizing, free unlimited tune-ups, day one, and year one accessory discounts for the original owner. All bikes are final sale.

Manufacturer Warranty Information: Trek, Blix, Electra, Fit Bike Co.


Returns are accepted within two weeks with the original receipt.

All bikes, services and sale items are final sale.

Bontrager Unconditional Guarantee: If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Bontrager purchase, return the item, along with proof of purchase, to a Trek retailer or trekbikes.com within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, apparel, and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, Bontrager will return it to you at your expense.

Service Center

We guarantee all service for 30 days! Please roll back in if your service issue was not properly addressed.

We do NOT schedule tune-up packages or large services on Saturday or Sunday so that weekend riders have full access to our service team.

If you are in a hurry to have your bike serviced, please schedule an appointment with our service department at any Epicenter Cycling location.

Service completion is dependent on the availability of parts. If parts need to be ordered, (and those parts are available through our distribution channels) parts normally arrive within 7-10 business days.


Reservations can be made over the phone or in person.

Full payment must be taken to hold a bike for reservation, including deposit if a deposit is required. All other rentals are first come, first served (we recommend reserving in advance).

We offer NO REFUNDS for cancellations or missed DEMOs within 48hrs of the reservation date

Exceptions to the no cancellations rule:

  • If it’s a rental (all bikes under $50/ 24hrs
  • If it rains; we can issue a refund, or re-schedule the rental


All Epicenter Cycling fit services are backed by a 30 guarantee. Comfort is important, please swing by if you're not satisfied with your fit.
