Winter Power Up with Abby Hippely
Tuesday - from November 10 through March 8 from 6-7pm

Join us on Tuesday evenings for this one hour co-ed strength and conditioning circuit workout designed for cyclists by a cyclist.
The circuit features stations, each being a new movement/exercise. The number of reps and or intended time for each movement/exercise is indicated on a card at each station. After completing the circuit three times, light stretching finishes off the session. Abby provides guidance (and motivation) for the moves needed for each station, and can make modifications to customize the workout from beginner to advanced.
Earn tokens for fitness quests and challenges throughout the program – and whoever has the most tokens at the end wins a GRAND PRIZE package that includes a private coaching session from Abby Hippely, a Bell helmet, cycling kit and more!
$10 suggested donation per session. Drop in, no reservation required.
