New Bike Package
All bikes from Epicenter Cycling include a free basic sizing, free unlimited tune-ups, day one, and year one accessory discounts for the original owner.
All bikes are final sale.
Returns are accepted within two weeks with the original receipt.
All bikes, services and sale items are final sale.
Bontrager Unconditional Guarantee: If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Bontrager purchase, return the item, along with proof of purchase, to a Trek retailer or trekbikes.com within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, apparel, and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, Bontrager will return it to you at your expense.
We guarantee all service for 30 days! Please roll back in if your service issue was not properly addressed.
We do NOT schedule tune-up packages or large services on Saturday or Sunday so that weekend riders have full access to our service team.
If you are in a hurry to have your bike serviced, please schedule an appointment with our service department at any Epicenter Cycling location.
Service completion is dependent on the availability of parts. If parts need to be ordered, (and those parts are available through our distribution channels) parts normally arrive within 7-10 business days.
All rental and demo reservations are final sale, but can be re-scheduled in case of bad weather.
All Epicenter Cycling fit services are backed by a 30 guarantee. Comfort is important, please swing by if you're not satisfied with your fit.
